Quicken makes keeping track of finances…
Quicken makes keeping track of finances very easy. I am not fond of the download capability on checking accounts. Doesn't always match up and doubles transactions.

Reliable, consistent performance
I have used Quicken for many years to balance my checkbook. Over the past couple of years, the service has proven to be very reliable. I used to have much trouble connecting to my bank, but I worked with support to resolve the issue. They told me that I would no longer have trouble, and they were right.

Quicken was the only way to access a closed acct
Quicken was the only way for me to access an account that had been closed. It's easy to use and provides all of the functions that I need to get my needs met financially. I have used Quicken for many years and I have been impressed with the updates that make this software worth the cost.

I love Quicken
I love Quicken. Been using it for years. One improvement I would like to see is Having a yearly file option. Never sure how to save one year and start another. I find the archiving confusing.
