Been using it for over 30 years. Helps with managing the leasing and billing and expense management of a real estate portfolio Budgeting and tax management If you are or are not an accounting wizard, this is just the easiest application

Been using Quicken since 1996
Been using Quicken since 1996. The software is very easy to understand and navigate and use of its multifaceted reports and graphs is a very interesting experience. Quicken has been mainly instrumental in my management of personal finances and property management. I am really indebted to it o mm this score.

Great way to stay on track!
While there has been a BIG learning curve over the years, I feel confident that I am finally working with it reasonably well - if not at a “professional” level. My finances are well organized and the way I use it, my bills are paid on time and I can give my CPA husband any data he needs for planning and taxes.
