Quicken User for Many Years
I have been using it for many years. It is easy to use and allows quick access to information. My only complaint relates to investment accounts. Sometimes the transactions need some editing. I've got a lot of placeholder entries and I've tried to clear them but it's too hard.

Overall easy to use, don’t like when searching for a category in a transaction and you put 2nd letter in it forgets 1st letter and goes to 2nd

Quicken is easy to use. Customer support is great.
Quicken meets my needs for simple check tracking and tax reports. Updates are easy. Renewal is easy. On the rare occasion I have needed support, the person I talked to helped me solve my issue quickly.

I've been using Quicken since dos…
I've been using Quicken since dos version 1 and it has helped me manage my finances effectively over the years. I cannot imagine keeping track of my household finances without it.
