Quickbooks is a great accounts package…
Quickbooks is a great accounts package for a small operation. I am still finding my way around the software, it is fairly intuitive. Where I have found some problems the QB help desk is really good, there are also lots of how to videos available.

Fab service
Fab! the agent was able to help me with my MTD question simply and easily through the share screen function but also suggested a downgrade to my subscription saving me £10 a month - happy days!

Switched from Xero as its cheaper and…
Switched from Xero as its cheaper and gone from Ltd to Self-employed. A bit of a mission connecting my bank but got there in the end. Had plenty of people on chat to help.Think they have a contact number as well. Xero doesn't have this feature plus u have to wait ages for a reply. Quickbooks seems more simple and simple is good especially if its all new to you.
