Honestly, enrico you have lightened a huge load off my shoulders! Seems like I’ve been repeating an error in my quick books and duplicating lots of transactions which I couldn’t find a way to sort it out and you’ve helped me so much.

I had a great session
I had a great session. The lady who I spoke to was nice and polite. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information that I needed. She explained everything clearly and took extra effort to clarify things that I wasn't sure of. All my questions were answered and she even guided me through different tools in Quickbooks via a screen share. I would love to go through another session at some point in the future.

Self Billing customer invoice with 20% CIS Deduction
I had a query on inputting one self billing customer invoice for a subcontractor. Ana j helped me setting up the CIS deduction + inputting the invoice in the system. She patiently took me through the whole process. Ana is a brilliant support, wish her all the best.

It was great training
It was great training! I found it very useful and relevant to my business. The trainer, Clark, took time to understand my business and answer all my queries. He cleared up a few misunderstandings I had on accountancy/book keeping as well. It has put me on the right track, particularly on categorizing correctly certain transactions and the tax applied (VAT). Thank you Clark!

Excellent help from Sagneetha. This review is for her more than QB to be honest. She solved a simple issue that a few people before failed to resolve. Quickbooks still only 3*’s as they keep changing their platform without consultation! Sagneetha saved the day!
