Login Issues
One of my staff had Login issues on the Timesheet App, used Online Chat and John was very helpful. Managed to get the issue resolved and they are back up and running. Great customer service.

i contact QB's to deal with a VAT and bank problem, i could not resolve. they were patient and resolve each problem 1 step at a time using screen share.
