Great support
I love QB and the fact that they have UK-based support. They call back usually within 2 minutes when requested and the staff is so knowledgeable. I compare Intuit with other softwares and their support. So yes Intuit is 11 out of 10.

Excellent support
The support I received from a lady from QB was fantastic - they replied to the ticket within 3 mins and called me straight up. They sorted my issue and were willing to help with other issues if I had any.
