Landslide no more!

The support team was polite and patient…
The support team was polite and patient with me as my issue was challenging as it involved collaborating with 3rd party systems. Issue was resolved and I am happy with the service provided. Support is good, but QuickBooks itself is a little 'clunky' in terms of the process could be a lot better as a smooth automated transition.

Professional handling of my problem
Professional handling of my problem, patience from Herminia, even with a bad line. I did not believe I could get my Quickbooks back to life after my laptop crashed. After all, this program is 9 years old. Nobody in South Africa could help me or wants to. Thank you for solving my "big" problem.

Very friendly, clear and concise advice about MTD. Wasn't straightforward but received patient help until the issue was resolved. Would recommend this level of customer service.
