Very Informative and helpful Onboarding Session
My onboarding session was really helpful, as Kent the advisor was able to switch over to zoom for the session, so my book-keeper was able to attend as well, and we used the share screen function to visually troubleshoot the things we needed help with! He also told us about our entitlement to a second onboarding session, if we need it as well as a technical assistance onboarding session, as well as the help facility on quickbooks itself. very helpful and informative.
