Brilliant Customer Services
I call customer services as I had an issue with changing my credit card details for which I pay for my subscription. As soon as I spoke to Luen she was attentive friendly and professional and put my concerns at ease straight away. She talked me through some troubleshooting that unfortunately didn't work, then asked if I minded if she put me on hold to as a colleague.
