Sai S really knew what they were doing…
Sai S really knew what they were doing and what was needed to sort out my problem - involving re-opening a past payroll and resubmitting it. I felt they listened, were experienced and confident and efficient. This has not always been the case with other support staff. So thank you to Sai S

Anthony was very patient
Anthony was very patient and willing to take his time to re-explain the steps on how to resolve my issue. He also gave me on-screen assistance and wasn't patronising even though it was clear I hadn't followed his earlier instructions to the letter. His an asset to the team. Keep up the great work.
