First class help and support from QuickBooks
They phoned me back within the time frame they said. Their staff member was knowledgeable, friendly and patient especially as I am 70 years old and not very good with modern technology. She ably sorted out my VAT submission problem. I was glad the problem was resolved.

Excellent Support
I have found Quick books really easy to use but upon making a silly mistake I had to ring in for help. It was sorted out and put right within minutes and the person on the other end of the phone was really helpful and friendly. Excellent service.
