Great customer service
QuickBooks has a telephone support line along with screenshare to help. They are patient and most helpful. I had a tricky issue accessing a client's file as master admin and had tried several times before. This time, I rang the helpline and they managed to solve it. I use QuickBooks online a lot and love the product. Its good to know that support is there on the end of the phone if I need it.
