Fantastic Customer Service
I had reason to request a phone call for the Company I work for because one of our bank transactions was missing, when I updated Quickbooks. Tracey M was so helpful and knowledgeable. She talked me through how to export the transaction from the bank. I was very impressed with her help and Quickbooks knowledge. Thank you very much Tracey M!

QB telephone helpline is excellent
QB helpline is really good. The staff are knowledgeable about the software and don't have to look everything up in a manual in order to help. They are also able to explain things simply without making you feel like an idiot for not getting it right yourself. You can ask online for a return call so they ring you back unlike some other software programs that charge extra for telephone helplines, an added bonus!
