The agent solved my problem quickly and with understanding once the call had been allocated to them. It took slightly longer than I anticipated for the call to be allocated to an agent, again this is down to quantity of staff on duty / large volume of chats coming in for action, not the agent themselves.

Quickbooks Customer Service Had to sort out a problem so rang their helpline and spoke to Mae who resolved the issue promptly and was helpful and polite throughout.
