Customer Focused Solution

Excellent customer support
QuickBooks customer support is excellent. They are responsive and go the extra mile to sort out issues. I have encountered MANY problems with submitting VAT via MTD, which are down to problems caused by HMRC. With help from QuickBooks it is possible to overcome these. A particular thanks to Angelos who helped me today and was extremely patient and expert in dealing with, and solving, my problems.

VAT dates not matching with HMRC
Tori’s resolved my issue quickly which enabled me to continue working without any time lost. He connected to my laptop pointing out what I needed to do. He was a tremendous help.
