Fantastic support
I telephone for support after constantly getting a fail to send message on the payroll. Jess was fantastic. The minute I explained the error she was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, I did as instructed and it worked. I hate phoning helplines as the 'computer lingo' they use means nothing to me. Jess made it so easy and was clear on her instructions. Thank you Jess and Quickbooks for a wonderful helpline.
