Customer care expert very knowledgeable…
Customer care expert very knowledgeable and assisted me resolve my issues quickly. In my 20 years of accounting I have had dealings with other accounting software package providers but none were as efficient as my interaction with Jesieca V. Actually quite surprised. Based on the support I received, the after sales service is invaluable. My only negative is that there is not a higher rating than 5.
