The assistant I spoke to was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my business and what I needed to gain from the onboarding session. She answered my questions thoroughly and used screen sharing to demonstrate how to navigate and I am left feeling much more confident about how to utilise the facilities available.

Great eperience with QB over the last year
I gave a review for QuickBooks a few years ago; we've since then seen a lot of technical bug improvements in the platform including seamless connections to Banks, great automated tax and invoice handling, and now we're starting to make good use of the cash flow feature which is really helpful.

I went onto the online chat support and from start to finish it only took 5 minutes. John understood my issue and came up with an immediate solution which worked first time. Overall very pleased.

"Quickbooks gets the job done!"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I've been using QB daily for almost 30 years! It's easy to train people to enter all info and run reports which can easily be exported to Excel. I haven't used anything else during these 30 years. The program I used before had lots of colors, but it was very cumbersome necessitating account #'s and journal entries and closing the month (which has benefits) What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro?
