John was very helpful but the 30 minute wait to be connected was not ideal. If the wait is that long, you should provide an email alternative. Waiting on hold on a webchat or phone line is not ideal.

Helpful constructive advice
The information given was very helpful and constructive in navigating around the online programe. The features are so different from QB Desktop and not always obvious at first sight. The young man was very polite, explained in depth with great patience and saved me endless time in finding my way round the system.

I went online to request a call back which was amazingly quick! Rob was knowledgeable, very approachable and polite. I felt confident that my issue would be sorted and not afraid to contact QBs again if not fully resolved.

I was greeted by a friendly lady called…
I was greeted by a friendly lady called Emma. She was able to help me set-up a User only link/email for my colleague to view accounts only, which means I do not need to log into quickbooks numerous times a day ( to see Bank up-dates) as now she can do that as part of her role.
