Pension call
I called today to ask for help with setting up pension payments for an employee. The lady i spoke with was so helpful and knew exactly how to help me. she showed me where to go to amend the pension payments.

Payroll settings
After checking on the help forum, i didn't quite get the answer i was after. Rang the helpline and spoke to a great young man (Sunny) who was really efficient, a quick screen share and in no time my query was solved. Great service.
