Rachael Is Fantastic!
I've had an advisor called Rachael who was fantastic, her near omnipotent knowledge managed to identify and solve my problem quickly (something I'd been scratching my head at for what felt like a lifetime). All the while being very pleasant in the chat room, couldn't have had a better experience resolving this issue!

Great customer service
Great customer service. Callum, who helped me, offered a callback when I would be at a computer. (Which at first contact I wasn’t). Promptly called back right on time, and helped me solve my problem courteously, efficiently and calmly.

The lady was very patient and helped me to maneuver around QB to get started to migrate my data to Sage. It isn't complete yet but she had the knowledge to get me to the point of exporting my data
