Great assistance received from Anthony
My advisor, Anthony Addison was very quick to recognise the problem by asking pertinent questions of me and therefore getting to the root of the problem. He explained the solution and allowed me work my way around the system myself, thereby ensuring I will be able to resolve the issue should it ever re-occur. Finished off with a link to some useful information and video for me to read/watch.
