As my local QB distributors no longer…
As my local QB distributors no longer deal with Desktop queries, I was assisted quickly and efficiently via the online chat option. Then when further instruction had to be done, Mae was very helpful telephonically. It again ensures that I continue using QB, as it not only works for my business, but the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent Service & Resolution
I received prompt no fuss, no nonsense technical skills at the other end of the chat today. The young lady I spoke with knew what the problem was and what to do. She put me at ease, chatted while we waited for system updates, was polite and nice and technically very capable. There is nothing worse than getting on the other end of a chat with someone that has less skills and no clue how to deal with the problem. That was certainly not the case today.

Amazing support
Mariah.G was amazing, she helped me a lot with reconciling my transactions. It was information that may have been obvious to her but she did not make me feel stupid instead she helped me work through it and understand it better in the future.

Excellent Payroll Onboarding Session
