Excellent communication with June
Excellent communication with June. On a phone call, she made various suggestions on how to overcome my issue. The following day, she sent me two emails and suggested yet another possibility. I followed her advice and it resolved my problem. I was grateful for her appreciation of the issue, and her knowledge. She was so good at navigating me through the process. I never felt abandoned. Wonderful customer care!
