Quickbooks Chat help is brilliant
I was unable to complete a transfer of client so used the chat facility within quickbooks to get help. The Technician was patient and pleasant to deal with and although it took some time he helped me get to the result I needed without being made to feel silly or stupid, he dealt with system issues and guided me through what I needed to do at my end to sort my issue out.

Great service
It is really helpful to be able to discuss queries with a real person as & when they come up. Nothing was too much trouble & the ability to share your screen with the agents is a great feature. I dealt with John M & Johncell this past week & both of them were really helpful, friendly and were able to resolve my issue within minutes.

Rorie was fantastic!
Rorie was fantastic. My issue was solved very quickly. They looked at what was going on, all suggestions were very helpful and resolved something I had been struggling quite a long time with it. Quickbooks support is the best I have seen.

Nigel at QBO Support was really helpful
Nigel at QBO Support was extremely helpful, and sorted out my issue very quickly. It turned out it was my not clearing cookies, nor updating Chrome to latest version that was the cause, but he very helpfully showed me updates needed, and all worked beautifully afterwards. Thank you
