Quickbooks were very helpful to resolve a problem I had on Bank Transactions. I used the Chat Help. This is a great facility as they are able with a authorisation code to use their mouse to point to things on your display to help point out any problems or advice. I have confident that any issues or advice I need is always available to me and sorted very quickly.
