Princess Mae got my problem solved and the numbers straight really fast. Firefox didn’t work, once on via Safari it worked. I had made too many accounts and mistakenly uploaded expenses to the wrong accounts, which then looked like duplicate entries (but weren’t) - we cleared that up, bit of housekeeping and the numbers were there.

The level of knowledge on the software was amazing. Super helpful and very courteous and patient. Business hours had closed but she was still extremely patient and more than happy to help when I was still asking more questions. More than excellent customer service.
