QB has caused me several problems over the years, they don't update you with changes ,random glitches etc. i had an allocation of funds problem that because i changed the name of the customer after payments had been made QB decided to state that the payments had not been made and that there were now credits !! On speaking to NIALL at QB Help desk he managed to sort the immediate problem . He was courteous, knowledgeable and generally a very helpful individual. QB should strive to employ ...

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I love how easy Quickbooks Desktop Pro is to use; very user-friendly. It also is beneficial when correcting something as opposed to other software in the accounting world. I love how easy it is to reconcile an account and that also helps us when using FloQast to reconile. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? It seems to run a little slow sometimes.
