Really easy to use
I have been using quickbooks for a number of years now. I find it really easy to use and have no prior knowledge of doing accounts and don't even have any qualifications in maths. The support is great and always willing to help with any queries. I would recommend to anyone needing to use an online booking keeping method

Great help for a big problem
Called QB to resolve an issue with my VAT return that had resulted in me getting a late filing and payment penalty. Ana was able to help me resolve my problem simply and quickly through screen sharing. She also helped me see where my accountant had gone wrong even though they’d claimed the problem was not their fault! It’s the first time I’ve had to use QB’s helpline. Wish all firms’ people were as helpful and knowledgeable as QB’s team.

Definitely worth doing
Having the opportunity for a free one to one call with someone who knows Quickbooks inside out and could guide me to set it up for the specifics of my business was so helpful. Phoebe showed me where to find what I needed and how to make some changes. She explained everything clearly and we ticked off all my questions before the 45 minutes was up. I loved the screenshare option too.
