John Phu really helped me today. I just joined Quickbooks today as been doing invoices and payments manually. John really was good at explaining everything and could share my Quickbooks screen. I still have a lot to learn. But today was a great help. Also spoke to Neil who has been really helpful. And really wanted to help me get my problem resolved. Clark was very helpful and explained everything we wanted to know very clearly. We were able to screen share on the call which was very much necessary. Would have been helpful to know this was an option from the beginning.
