Emma was absolute next level with her combination of instant technical knowledge and wonderful people skills, allowing me the time to rabbit on trying not to confuse her, no interruptions no getting me off the phone quickly and she of course completely resolved my issue allowing me to now meet my client on time this evening with all work done correctly. quickbooks are amazing
quickbooks are easy to use. they also have a great customer support service. if you have any questions, they will always explain to you how to resolve your query. The price of the service is a great value for money, especially considering the amount of support they provide to their customers. I definitely recommend this service.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? Ease of use; reporting is accurate and easy to customize or drill down to data needed, and the program is consistent - updates some, but by and large, you know where to find things - very logical program. What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro? I have no complaints - this program functions well for how I use it and need the program to do. Additionally, I can export data if needed to excel for further processing. What problems is ...

this company provides the most excellent custommer service, a very rare thing in these times but I really appreciate being able to speak with somone without an endless wait for the call to be answered and there knowledge when you do speak with them is excellent, well done to all and please do not change your business model.
