problem sorted!
Quickbooks worked with me to to show me how to record GBP payments against 3 Euro Bills. I had got myself very confused and they managed to unravel it for me and get the transactions recorded properly

Cassandra was so patient and helpful
Cassandra was so patient and helpful. I have had many troubles as I have joined the company half way through with no real hand over. I really rate the QuickBooks help, they never make me feel 'silly' and are very knowledgeable. I have also recently had Joanne help me and she was equally as brilliant.

Brilliant customer service from Michelle
The brilliant customer service from Michelle today meant I overcame a connection issue with my bank and QBs that had been taking weeks to resolve. It turns out it wasn't an issue with either the bank or QBs but Michelle was the only one who asked sensible questions ... like have you got a pop up blocker switched on?! She also knew that the notification would be in the banking app and not a text message like so many other notifications. I could have saved hours if I had known this, but ...
