Solving a complicated payroll issue !
Well I have tried to sort out a complicated issue with our payroll . I have contacted Quickbooks on several occasions previously and got absolutely nowhere . But on Friday and spoke to Salman , I was immediately confident that Salman would be able to help me ! He listened to my problem carefully and then advised me he could solve the issue but it would be a long process . He stayed on the phone and very patiently talked me through the whole process . Very valuable
I had a very valuable onboarding session and would very much have liked to have another one in a few weeks. I felt that our business success was important to Rachelle and the switch to QB will hopefully be a very worthwhile once I have been able to work a little more with it.
