I don’t have the brains for anything but I’m able to utilize this.

PROS: I love its simplicity in terms of logging in, adding in a new client, and setting up an invoice and directly emailing it to them. It's super easy to add a customer through the fields provided. Everything is explained. I'm really good at being creative with things. But I have to admit, accounting or anything to do with finance is not one of them. CONS: I feel a bit overwhelemed whenever I log in. There are way too many places for me to look into and information that I need to access. ...

Great substitute for spreadsheets

PROS: I'm an old-school accountant who likes tracking expenses and getting things done with a pen in my hand. Had you told me that I will find an online program to do accounting for me, I would never believe that's possible. But it was! PROS: Quickbooks Online makes it easier for an accountant and client to work together. There's no need to shuffle accountant copies of files or remotely accessing the file via Dropbox. Clients can now be taught to do basic functions. Accountants and bookkeepers can start producing run reports and entries any time.
