PROS: I love its simplicity in terms of logging in, adding in a new client, and setting up an invoice and directly emailing it to them. It's super easy to add a customer through the fields provided. Everything is explained. I'm really good at being creative with things. But I have to admit, accounting or anything to do with finance is not one of them. CONS: I feel a bit overwhelemed whenever I log in. There are way too many places for me to look into and information that I need to access. ...

Great substitute for spreadsheets

PROS: I'm an old-school accountant who likes tracking expenses and getting things done with a pen in my hand. Had you told me that I will find an online program to do accounting for me, I would never believe that's possible. But it was! PROS: Quickbooks Online makes it easier for an accountant and client to work together. There's no need to shuffle accountant copies of files or remotely accessing the file via Dropbox.
