What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? Entering and Paying Bills is so simple if you know what you are doing. Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders are also set-up to be linked to your customer or vendor information. You can reconcile credit cards, process payroll and keep an eye on inventory all in one place.

"simplicity at its finest"
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? I enjoy that QB memorizes journal entries that way with one letter i can find the account i want to use and saves time during my day. If QB didn't have this quality i think many people would be frustrated with the product.

"Quickbooks worked well for our organization but as the business grew we found we need more options."
What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? QuickBooks was very easy to use. It does not take long to train a new employee on the specific job functions. I found that the search options for vendors and customers was very useful. Being able to search using just one part of the phone number, address or name was extremely helpful.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise has easy-to-navigate process menus. It is a good upgrade for companies who have gotten too large for the smaller businses-based QB editions, but still as the familiar user interface. QB Desktop Enterprise has easy-to-use forms and report customization with a large number of detailed reports. QB Desktop Enterprise makes it easy to import data and integrate with other programs.

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise? I like the robust inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable modules of the Enterprise version. These modules really allow a larger small business, in particular construction, to do advanced job costing. You can attach payments and invoices to the appropriate customer with ease and see the profitability of each particular job.
