No discount for persons with disabilities (subsidy program)

I downloaded the product Quark Express for the first month trial, was good but since I'm not a student at a university or faculty member I don't get a discount on the product and have to pay full price for lifetime license around 2300.00 CAD, the price for students is maybe 135.00 USD. Next to nothing. In Alberta Canada we have 1693.00 a month called AISH and many benefits that are included with the program. They should cover the cost of the product or subsidize it. I've used QuarkXPress for years

What do you like best? QuarkXPress does everything I need it to do and is very easy to use. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is the cost of upgrading to a newer version.
