What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I love that our employees are able to recognize each other. Before using Quantum, feeling appreciated was something we struggled with. Some people just feel uncomfortable giving verbal compliments and quantum has given us the tools to make everyone feel appreciated and comfortable. It has also been fantastic for reviews. It has streamlined our entire process.
