Quantum Workplace is intuitive both in the front and back-end, highly configurable to support any number of requirements from simple to complex, and their support is top-notch from their Client Success Manager (and team) to their technical and support staff which is extremely responsive and readily available any time we need them.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Quantum is user friendly, esthetically pleasing and a great end to end people management tool. What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I use Quantum on a regular basis to track and record 1-1 with my teams. I have the 1-1's setup as recurring and use the templates provided by our HR department to provide a guide for the conversation. More recently I started to do Skip Levels and was able to create my own template for the conversation. I like that the 1-1 attendee can fill out information prior to the meeting.
