"Social Network based, but with greats tool to make it a worksite."
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Upload recognitions allowed us to have more presence. Providing feedback to each other is helpful; it makes us feel closer to each other, taking the best from a networking tool.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Like that there are multiple ways to capture results either as Complete/Incomplete or % complete towards 100% Like that we can recognize anyone and tie it to the org wide culture pillars

"Like the Concept"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like the concept of putting in your information as you go throughout the year and meeting with your manager to see if you can close any gaps or what you can do better and in what areas instead of mid of the year and the end.

"An excellent workplace tool"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? The best part of this workplace tool is the suggestion box in the recongnition section where it makes it easy to choose what recongnition to give. On the other hand, i love the autofill box when we type on the search box, the notification bell is a perfect which mimick all the social media platform so it easy to follow on the on it.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Anonymous Feedback option and 1 on 1s with Peers and facilitators. Gives good option/scale to users to understand the feedback and performance management reviews.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like the goal function. I like that I can easily track it and share with my coach. I like how user friendly the enter face is. Reminds me a lot of facebook. I enjoy getting to see everyone being recoginzed.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Quantum Workplace allows companies to have year-round performance development. Whether that be through goals, 1 on 1's, and/or feedback, it allows you many opportunities to do continuous improvement. There is flexibility to have many different templates to be used for 1 on 1's and feedback, and you have flexibility in how to utilize "cycles" within feedback and 1 on 1's.
