"Easy To Use and Straightforward"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Quantum makes it easy for the employee and employer because it is straight forward and easy to use. It is really convenient to have Quantum send out automatic reminders to employees who have not participated to cut down on admin time.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? The navigation menu is simple and easy. I like being able to share with my peers our goals and accomplishments. My favorite tool is the ability to recognize my peers for their contributions.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Simple set-up integration with HRIS. Easy process to create new surveys - either pulse/spot or recurring to assess our new hire experience and learn from our exited employees. Insights will only help us to get better as our organization grows.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like that it is giving a great platform for my techs to write down topics that they want to discuss on their 121. Also, I like the reoccurring feature for 121. the recognitions page is also great and works perfectly.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? 1. I keep track of all your goals and achievements to measure where we stand easily. 2. It's a great tool to send recognition to your peer, and also it maintains all the recognition we have received so far in one place.
