"User Friendly and a Great Tool to Make and Keep Happy Employees"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I love being able to submit recognitions through Quantum. At the end of the year my team and I can reflect back on all that we accomplished throughout the year! I also love that I can track survey results for employee satisfaction and engagement. The breakouts are super helpful.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Most helpful is how easy you can navigate and provide useful feedback instantly. Helping others see what they are doing well, while at times to work at better to keep it going.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like the user interface and how simple it is to navigate within the tool. The consultants are also very helpful and quick in answering our questions and providing solutions.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like how everything is in one place, i.e., goals, objectives, accomplishments, and feedback from our manager. As long as we take the time to enter the information, everything in it is beneficial for us. It is another tool to record and track our career development and role contributions.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? As an end-user of Quantum, the functionality and layout are excellent. The homepage is broken into Tabs that are most appropriate for me, meaning everything is just a few clicks away.
