What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? The ease of use for Qualtrics is excellent. I have been using the product for 4 years and have trained many new users. They are always impressed how easy it is to learn how to use the product.

"Modules aren't really integrated so benefits of use haven't lived up to our expectations"
What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? Dashboards and text analytics are useful. Dashboards enable many users to access results in a self-service way. Text analytics as a module lacks a significant amount of functionality to make it really useful but in general, it gives us a capability to thematically code relatively easily that we hadn't had before

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? Qualtrics CX can be useful for basic dashboards. It is also useful that you can add different data sources into a single dashboard fairily easily. The graphics and layout are fair.
