C'est la deuxième fois que j'ai affaire à Mme Monique Royer; comme à chaque fois, tout se passe bien. Le lendemain de la demande on fait le point sur les justificatifs, le cas échéant un conseiller m'appelle pour se mettre bien d'accord sur tout.
