Excellent customer service: quick, kind, helpful. I had an issue with my credit card and it took time to solve it, but I was guided first, by the clients department; subsequently, the claims, legal and refund departments were compliant and proficient. I'm very glad to hold my account at Qonto

Fast, reliable and affordable with great customer service
Fast, reliable professional banking with tons of control options and great customer service. I lost my card at the start of the weekend, reported it in the app, and received my replacement on Monday. What more do I need to say? The customer service? There is always a team online that moves mountains to service us if needed. Always appreciate their response and have never had a cause to complain.
