Qodo reviews pull requests and local code in the IDE using agents with cross-repository context, detecting bugs and enforcing standards. Its living rules system learns conventions from PR history and applies them consistently rather than requiring rules to be written by hand. A governance portal adds risk intelligence, audit trails and compliance tracking, which is the differentiator for larger engineering organisations.
