What do you like best about Qminder? Qminder provides students with a more user friendly experience and is very understandable. Some of the students that we have come in often are not tech savy and don't know how to sign in or use computers much, but with Qminder, its so easy that they are able to sign in with ease. What do you like best about Qminder? I really love the user interface that give strightfoward demands. What do you dislike about Qminder? I do not see any issues when it comes to Qminder. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? If there is line of students that is waiting for me, I can quickly see which students that need services. It benefit me because it helps me do my job.

What do you like best about Qminder? I really like th ease of use that our staff have with navigating Qminder. It is really nice to be able to run reports as well. What do you dislike about Qminder? I would like id Qminder was able to set a time thershold of how long before a notifiction is sent if a std has been waiting too long. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? It is making it easy to see what time and what department and who serviced the student on a given day.

What do you like best about Qminder? Qminder is very user friendly. I never get confused when using it. It shows clearly who the student is and provides with all the information needed. It is efficient and provides me with information from students months ago too, so I can better assist them. What do you dislike about Qminder? What do you like best about Qminder? The service is very user-friendly and works well. Users can pull usage analytics, view historical data from past visits, and clearly organize upcoming visits. Additioanlly, the host comuicate with the guest using the same text feature that notifies guest of their meeting; a simple but effective tool! What do you dislike about Qminder? The system does not allow all users to adjust visit time(s). If the host fails to end a meeting, the timer ticks on. ...

What do you like best about Qminder? Very simple to navigate and it shows timestamps including history and all the gadgets needed to easily filter what you are looking for. What do you dislike about Qminder? It should have the option to only show the first name as the user who has checked in the people who are being called. What do you like best about Qminder? I like how easy it is to navigate and helpful it is to use. I easily go back and forth between students. What do you dislike about Qminder? Somethimes when I finish serving a student, it doesn't completely go away. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? When students line up in queue, i like the no show feature as well as the recall or put them back on queue. I feel like it is so convenient and it saves so much time.
