What do you like best about Qminder? Very simple to navigate and it shows timestamps including history and all the gadgets needed to easily filter what you are looking for. What do you dislike about Qminder? It should have the option to only show the first name as the user who has checked in the people who are being called. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? I like how it can send and text a reminder to the person who signed in to know their status if they had ...

What do you like best about Qminder? Simple and easy to use. Easy to navigate and find things. What do you dislike about Qminder? Sometimes you have to dig for certain inforamtion like who did what on the program. an example si finding out who removed who from the q. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Knowing who is here and how long they have been here.

What do you like best about Qminder? It is easy to navigate the platform, add & remove information, track information and staistics. What do you dislike about Qminder? Difficult to pause customers while serving. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing visitors and tracking contact information for future correspondence.

What do you like best about Qminder? The user-friendliness is great for both the student and the staff. What do you dislike about Qminder? Sometimes notifications don't work/chime when someone signs in. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps with tracking the amount of people seen and with managing wait times

I have yet to run into an issue, i like that you can go back into the data insights and look at every single person that was assisted. So far, no complaints! What do you like best about Qminder? It does an excellent job of tracking the information from people that have checked in giving us a good reference as to how many times they might have done so and what they were checking in for. What do you dislike about Qminder? It previously used to remind me when I had forgot to end a session, it no longer sends me emails reminding me of that when I didn't make any adjustments to the settings.
