It does an excellent job of tracking the information from people that have checked in giving us a good reference as to how many times they might have done so and what they were checking in for. What do you like best about Qminder? It is easy to navigate the platform, add & remove information, track information and staistics. What do you dislike about Qminder? Difficult to pause customers while serving. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing visitors and tracking contact information for future correspondence.

Sometimes you have to dig for certain inforamtion like who did what on the program. an example si finding out who removed who from the q. Great way to message a customer currently waiting What do you dislike about Qminder? "Qminder... A great concept, with a lot of work to be done"

What do you like best about Qminder? The efficiency in which it moves our line in busy times. What do you dislike about Qminder? A lot of glitches on the site and it goes down from time to time. Feel like the organization is too dependant on it. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps to avoid large groups of people in our lobby all at once which is a safety concern.
