What do you like best about Qminder? What I most like about Qminder is its customizability of it. We have so many different fields that we wanted customized and we were able to do so with Qminder. "Fast and Easy"
What do you like best about Qminder? Everything is automatic, User friendly, and easy to use. We are using it daily. What do you dislike about Qminder? Nothing at the moment, everything is running perfectly. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? We solved our visitor problems in queues using Qminder and managed customers/visitors on day 1.

"Very user-friendly"
What do you like best about Qminder? Fast, clear & efficient. I think for the customer it is fairly simple too. What do you dislike about Qminder? Nothing yet! The only constructive criticism would be a larger text size but that's cos I am old!! What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping ensure accurate & timely queuing during busy periods.

What do you like best about Qminder? The colorful labels, the quick and effortless way to call the next person up. What do you dislike about Qminder? Not enough colors or fonts on the main pages. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Qminder added colorful labels, and it's beneficial to tell apart the langues of customers.

What do you like best about Qminder? QR Code is very helpful. Enjoy the group service What do you dislike about Qminder? When people don't have a phone to scan the QR code, it's not ideal What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? People queing without knowing what their query is. What do you like best about Qminder? I like the way it tracked the customers. What do you dislike about Qminder? There are times I forgot to sign out the customer after I served them. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? It resolved in tracking the customers. No customers are being missed to be served.

What do you like best about Qminder? User friendy, easy to use, quick for new costumers What do you dislike about Qminder? sometimes to much info on the screen when students trying to use it they are not sure if all windows needs to be complete What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Can be use for a large number of people at the same time, especially when a lots of students are coming during their breaks and everyone knows they will be served by the staff

What do you like best about Qminder? This is helpful for tracking how many people come into the building and for how long they stay. It also helps us stay organized in who they are here to see and how we can identify what exactly they are here for. What do you dislike about Qminder?
