"Does what it says on the tin"
What do you like best about Qminder? The product allows us to manage our queue which can be 300+ per day at and ensures everyone is seen in order. Implementaiton was a breeze, we were up and running on the same day. I'm happy to recommend. What do you dislike about Qminder? "Good system that gives a good oversight of how long people are waiting and what their query relates"
What do you like best about Qminder? having the relevant details about the person ready at hand. Easy to call people and serve them quickly. What do you dislike about Qminder? sometimes the home page has too much information on it or the information displayed isn't entirely relevant What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping serve customers more efficiently.

"It's very organised, easy to use and self explanatory"
What do you like best about Qminder? That I can see exactly how many drivers has my team served, how many have attended, how many were no show etc. I can see week on week progress etc. What do you dislike about Qminder? I can't currently think of anything that I'd dislike What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? It's making it easy for our team to know exactly who is in the queue, who has had and hadn't an appointment scheduled, who is the next one to be served etc.

What do you like best about Qminder? Easy to use and navigate, very accessible design and easy to get used to. Great to be able to see stats of your usage of the app. What do you dislike about Qminder? Does not link you to a students specific account when you assign them to yourself. "Fast and Easy"
What do you like best about Qminder? Everything is automatic, User friendly, and easy to use. We are using it daily. What do you dislike about Qminder? Nothing at the moment, everything is running perfectly. What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? We solved our visitor problems in queues using Qminder and managed customers/visitors on day 1.

What do you like best about Qminder? It was very efficient for organising the queue and incoming customers What do you dislike about Qminder? Nothing that I could see that was not down to human error What problems is Qminder solving and how is that benefiting you? Visitor's find the qr code easy to use and it allows the queue to physically disperse through the space without losing its integrity.
